Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • Share your order number and reason for exchange
  • Our team will guide you through the process

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of:
    • Out-of-stock items after order confirmation
    • Verified defective or incorrect items (if exchange is not possible)
    • 25% Chanrges Deduct as service, Handling, and Govt Taxes 

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5–7 working days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
