Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item received
Exchange Conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- Exchange is subject to stock availability

Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable in case of:
- Out-of-stock items after order confirmation
- Verified defective or incorrect items (if exchange is not possible)
- 25% Chanrges Deduct as service, Handling, and Govt Taxes
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5–7 working days
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
